LASER STAMPING AND ENGRAVING

Spools with skins are moved to the rollout place with the help of mobile robots. Spools with skins are taken from a mobile robot with the pick-and-placer and placed into the laser stamping and engraving cell. With the help of the carriage the film with the skin is rolled out on the surface of stamping and engraving cell vacuum table. Upon vacuum pump switch on the filmed skin is pressed against the vacuum table, thus ruling out irregularities and pinches.

Robots with the laser tool apply engraving and/or burn perforation to pre-programmed positions.

Upon stamping and engraving completion the filmed skin is rolled in to spools with the help of the carriage. The pick-and-placer puts spools onto a mobile robot, transporting spools to the next cell.
